A great synthesis team, excellent production and analytical facilities leading to successfully producing the product is not enough; there is still a vital component missing.
Based in the UK and the chemical industry being a worldwide affair, without the infrastructure to deliver the product reliably to you, properly packaged and documented, everything else is in vain.
A delay is a delay whether it is caused by technical problems during production or because of inadequate documentation leading to a product being stuck in transit. Chemistry does not always go as smoothly as one would like and this can perhaps be understood and accepted but inefficient documentation can never be excused. At ProSynth we take the responsibility of shipping chemicals very seriously indeed. Sending both hazardous and non-hazardous chemical compounds worldwide must be done in a responsible manner and all ProSynth employees involved in this process have the necessary training and experience to deal with the process right through from packaging, documentation and finding the right courier for the job.
Every shipment from ProSynth is made in brand new packaging material and includes at the very least an individual Certificate of Analysis and a Material Safety Data Sheet. Additional documentation is available if requested.
In 2004 over 800 products were successfully shipped - naturally to customers in the UK and many countries in the European Union, but also to Australia, China, Japan, India and North America.
